We want you to love what you ordered. Here's how we handle returns and exchanges.

Eligible for Return

  • Item received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong item shipped

Eligible for Exchange

  • Size exchanges within 7 days of delivery (subject to size availability)
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags intact

Not Eligible

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Unstitched fabric / blouse pieces (hygiene policy)
  • Sale or discounted items

How to Raise a Request

WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  1. Your order number
  2. Photos of the item showing the issue

We'll respond within 24 hours and guide you through the next steps.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded to your bank account via UPI or NEFT.

Important Note

Minor color variation from screen display is not a defect. Handcrafted items may have slight variations in embroidery or print placement — this is a mark of authenticity, not a defect.
