Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! COD is available across most PIN codes in India. A small handling fee of ₹49 may apply for COD orders.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

How do I know which size to order?

Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements. When in doubt, size up — or WhatsApp us and we'll help you personally.

Do your lehengas fit plus sizes?

Yes! All our lehengas have a drawstring waist that fits a range of 2–3 inches. Our U-Cut blouses go upto XXL with an adjustable lace-up back. We're committed to inclusive sizing.

Can I get a custom size?

For bulk or custom orders, WhatsApp us directly. We can arrange custom sizing for most products.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

4–7 business days across India. Metro cities are usually faster. During Navratri season, expect 5–8 days due to high order volumes.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499. Orders below ₹1,499 have a flat ₹79 shipping fee.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking link via SMS and email once your order ships. You can also WhatsApp us your order number for a real-time update.

Do you ship outside India?

Currently we ship within India only. International shipping is coming soon.

Products & Authenticity

Are your products really handcrafted?

Yes, 100%. Our family has been in Gujarat's textile trade for 25+ years. We work directly with Kutchi artisans and Ajrakh block printers. Every piece is handmade — which means minor variations in embroidery or print placement are normal and a sign of authenticity.

Will the color look the same as on screen?

We photograph products in natural light to show colors as accurately as possible. However, slight variations due to screen settings are normal and not considered a defect.

What is Ajrakh print?

Ajrakh is one of India's oldest block printing traditions, originating in Kutch, Gujarat. Patterns are hand-stamped using carved wooden blocks and natural dyes — each print takes multiple days to complete.

What is Kutchi mirror work?

Kutchi mirror work (also called Shisha embroidery) involves hand-stitching tiny mirrors onto fabric using colorful thread. It's a traditional craft from the Kutch region of Gujarat, practiced by skilled artisans who learn it from childhood.

How do I start a return or exchange?
